Everyone has a job to do and should be accounted for their position and what it details. Superintendents, Managers, Supervisors, and Principals have to learn how to delegate every employee their job responsibilities. Administering what is need to be done in the school and what teams are appointed to be in charge. Administrators have to be reminded that the taxpayers are the one that help keep the school running. Parents are the first people to speak up about how the school should run. Communication is the key to how public relations programs work well with different schools, school staff, the community, and stakeholders. Communication is a tool that helps to deliver information to certain places, people, devices, and one another. The Board of Education must understand that everyone has a place in the schools. Administration will keep an open door policy to discuss different situations that is going on in the school to make sure the school runs well. Every school board needs to adhere to the public opinions and the community. Each school should have a policy with procedures in place to fit the school program. The administrative team can consist of many different positions such as Dean of school, Assistant Principal, Behavior specialists and Staff Associate.
